CANCELLATION POLICY: All requests for refund must be in writing. Full refund will be granted for requests received prior to February 16, 2009. Any requests received after February 16, 2009 shall be charged an administration-processing fee of $100.00. Refund requests received after February 16, 2009 will not be honored. Approved refunds will be mailed at termination of the conference.
