ICAOCT is offering a Discounted Advance Conference Registration Fee of $395US to those registering prior to April 09, 2010.

Completed Registration form and payment must be received via postmark, fax or email by April 09, 2010.***

***Conference registrations received after April 09, 2010 will be $470US.

For IOACIS Members ONLY :

Discounted Advance Conference Registration Fee for IOACIS MEMBERS ONLY is $350US prior to April 09, 2010.

IOACIS MEMBER conference registrations received after April 09, 2010 will be $425US. To qualify as an IOACIS member and to take advantage of the "Members ONLY” special discount you must be a member of good standing of IOACIS.

Conference registration fee includes access to workshops, presentations, exhibits, receptions, Continental breakfast and one ticket for the Conference's Award Banquet on Thursday night, May 20, 2010.

All presentations and workshops are subject to approval by the Conference's Program Committee. A synopsis and short bio are requested for all presentations and workshop proposals.

CONFERENCE SCHEDULE

*Conference Registration will begin on Sunday, May 16, 2010, 1:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m.

*Conference registration will continue throughout the week until Thursday, May 20, 2010, 3:00 p.m.

*Program will commence with opening ceremonies on Monday, May 17, 2010, 8:00 a.m.

*Conference Awards Banquet will be held on Thursday, May 20, 2010, 6:00 p.m.

*The closing of the program will be on Friday, May 21, 2010, 1:00 p.m.
